A method for manufacturing the fuel cell of a three-layer structure in which a fuel electrode and an air electrode face each other with a solid-state electrolyte between. Into a mold (4) made of the material capable of absorbing a predetermined solvent, the slurries, in which the powder of the solid-state electrolyte and the powders of the electrodes are mixed with the predetermined solvent respectively, are poured successively. Then, an electrolyte compact (5) and electrode compacts (6), (7) are formed respectively. Thereby, the solid-state electrolytic fuel cell, in the respective layers of which there are no crack and no peeling, can be obtained easily and at a low price. <IMAGE> |
