PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate object design information in which the fluctuation of quality can be suppressed even when a person who is familiar to a task is not familiar to the object orientation at the time of operating the analytic design of a system related with the task according to the object orientation. SOLUTION: An object design information generating part 0104 inputs management resource system information in which resources to be managed on task are hierarchically described as elements, and a task operation scenario in which operation procedures necessary for executing corresponding task activities are described for each element positioned in the least significant layer in the task activity system information, captures each element in the management resource system information and in the task activity system information as objects, extracts the behavior (method information) of the object from the task operation scenario by using the name of the element as class information for each element, and extracts elements positioned in the upper and lower layers of the element as related class information.
