PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost and decrease the frame size of a liquid crystal display module by reducing the dimension of a semiconductor chip in the short length direction and a chip area. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit device eliminates the need for wiring across a switch 43 and a latch 44 by taking a same display data in a j-th step (j=1, 2,..., 12) and a (j+12)th step of a data register 42, and configuring the circuit to alternately supply display data from each j-th step (j=1, 3,..., 11) and (i+1)th step-data from the 1st to 12th step to the 1st-6th steps of NROM decoders 46N and data from the 13th step to 24th step to PROM decodes 46P-via double input-single output switches as 1st change-over switches 43 and latches 44 so that the data at NROM decoder 46N and the data at PROM decoder 46P are reversed to each other.
