PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating performance and damp proofing performance without taking work execution manhour by providing interior surface material with a space inside steel structure member, and adhesively fixing heat insulating material previously provided with an adhesive layer on the back face, to the interior surface material side face of the steel structure members by the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: In the adjacently arranged building units A, B of a unit building combining a plurality of building units, interior wall surface material 2A, 2B are fitted to the indoor side of steel structure members 1A, 1B, and exterior wall surface material 3A, 3B are fitted to the outdoor side. After the building units A, B are adjacently installed, heat insulating material 41 formed of a phenol foam resin body is adhesively fixed to the interior wall surface material 2 side faces of the steel structure members 1A, 1B over both members. The back face of the heat insulating material 41 is previously provided with an adhesive layer 411 by coating an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, and the adhesive layer 411 is adhesively fixed to the faces of the steel structure members 1A, 1B. After adhesive fixing, interior wall surface material 2 is fitted to wooden sash bars 21A, 21B on both sides.
