PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily manufacturing an anisotropic conductive sheet that has small conduction resistance and can accomplish good electrical connection from small compression displacement. SOLUTION: When this sheet is molded with an anisotropic conductive sheet molding die having multiple small magnetic fields 62', the respective small magnetic fields are so formed and arranged that the magnetic field intensity distribution in a space to mold the sheet shows the maximum generally on a center axis of the respective opposite small magnetic fields 62'. Thereby, the anisotropic conductive sheet wherein there is no low density part in the particle distribution in a magnetic particle collecting part when viewed from the sheet surface side is molded.
