PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel the sticking of an opening part caused by static electricity or the like or the sticking of the opening part to a wet umbrella, to easily open the opening part of a bag and to easily put the umbrella into the bag by attaching a reinforce composed of a material more flexible than a cylinder made of waterproof sheet along with an opening part at one end of the cylinder. SOLUTION: Concerning a bag 1 formed from a material having waterproofing, a reinforce 3 is attached along with the peripheral edge of an opening part 2 at one end of this bag. This reinforce 3 is formed from a material such as plastic, metal, wood or paper into thin plate and fixed to the opening part 2 by an adhesive, double coated tape or stapler while confronting a pair of them. Besides, the bag 1 and the reinforce 3 can be integrally formed from the same material as well. Thus, since the opening part 2 is easily opened by pushing both the terminals of the reinforce 3 while holding them with fingers, a wet umbrella 4 can be smoothly put from this opening part 2 into the bag 1. Therefore, the waterdrops of the wet umbrella 4 can be prevented from being stuck on surrounding persons or objects at a congested place such as in a department store or train.
