PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and completely disassemble and reuse a toner container without damaging it regardless of the shape of a cap by preventing a damage and shaving of a filling port part by a knob tool caused at the time of detaching a toner cap and a biting of a foreign matter caused by shaving chips at assem bling time. SOLUTION: This is the toner container where a filling port to fill toner is formed on one side surface of a container main body storing the toner and the filling port is hermetrically closed by force-fitting the cap to the filling port, and the method to disassemble and to reuse a processing cartridge using it. Then, a cutting E is made at a bottom part 15 other than a fitted part 11fa2 with the filling port out of the cap itself, and the rigidity of the cap 11f is deteriorated, so that the cap is detached after releasing a fitted state. |
