PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device applying a page detecting method capable of detecting a page number without being restricted by the number of pages and suppressing the possibility of misdetection. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a setting board having plural antennas arrayed like a matrix and capable of setting up a book having plural pages on respective antennas, a pen-like body for indicating a position on the book and receiving radio waves successively radiated from plural antennas on respective pointed positions, an image pickup element 32 for picking up an image of a mark put on each page of the set book, a detection part for detecting the position of the pen-like body based on the level of a received radio wave, and a transmission part for transmitting the data of the detected position and the image data of the photographed mark to an information processor and constituted so as to detect the page number of the book based on the image data and output information corresponding to the detected page number and the transmitted positional data. The image pickup element 32 is arranged on an upper position in the height direction of the book on the outside of the book. Thereby the turning of pages of the book is not interrupted by the element 32. |
