PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vibrate a bucket cylinder with high frequency other than expanding operation while simple in structure. SOLUTION: When a control valve 34 is switched to an open position D with high pressure fluid fed into a head side chamber 12a of the bucket cylinder 11, the high pressure fluid is alternatively fed into a head chamber 12a and a rod side chamber 12b by a rotary valve 46 and a piston rod 13 starts reciprocating motion on the spot to generate high-frequency vibration. Instead of a specific cylinder installed, the existing bucket cylinder is used to generate the bucket's vibration, so the structure can be simplified.
