PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the moistureproofness, and minimize the long-term performance deterioration of various solidity such as light resistance, thermostability, water proofness, etc., by stacking a fluororesin sheet and a resin sheet having the deposited film of an inorganic oxide. SOLUTION: A surface protective sheet A for a solar cell module is constituted by stacking a fluororesin sheet and a resin film 3 having the deposited film 2 of an inorganic oxide on its one side. When stacking both of the fluororesin sheet 1 and the resin film 3 having the deposited film 2 of an inorganic oxide, it will do to stack them, opposing the face of the fluororesin sheet and either the face of the deposited film 2 of an inorganic oxide or the face of the resin film 3 to each other. As a result, the protective performance can be raised by raising the moistureproofness to prevent the penetration of moisture, oxygen, etc., and further, suppressing the long-term performance deterioration as to various solidity such as light resistance, thermostability, water proofness, etc.
