<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and precisely predict and control the property of a raw material discharged to a manufacture device in order to improve the controllability of the production amount of a main product by means of the manufacture device by setting the priority of receiving tanks with the combination of plural necessary conditions for the respective receiving raw materials. SOLUTION: It is recognized whether the reception of a raw material is scheduled or not on that day. When reception is not scheduled, a system jumps to a discharge system. When reception is scheduled, the reception priority of all tanks is set for respective receiving raw material sources. The priority of the receiving tanks is set by the combination of the respective necessary conditions of (1) in the middle of reception, (2) the source of the raw material received immediately before is similar to that of the raw material which is to be received this time, (3) receivable idle quantity is larger than reception schedule quantity, (4) in the middle of discharge at present (5) the specific gravity of the raw material of an existing tank is larger than that of the raw material scheduled to be received. In the system, the property of the raw material supplied to a manufacture device is controlled to be around an expectation value.</p> |
