PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lingering scent cosmetics for wet skin capable of easily preparing without requiring a specific skill or process and giving lingering scent and skin care effects on wet skin for a long time by including water insoluble particle having specific particle size and oily material. SOLUTION: This cosmetic includes (A) the water insoluble particles having average particle size of 0.1 to 15μm, (B) oily material, water and (C) ready mixed lingering scent. The component (C) preferably, comprises at least two lingering scents selected from a 5 to 15C hydrocarbon, a 5 to 16C ketone, a 5 to 20C ether, a 6 to 12C ester and a 6 to 15C aldehyde, and including 0.001 to 2.0 wt.%. of the component (C) and 1 to 60% of the component (A) based on the total cosmetic composition and the surface tension of the component (B) <=30 dyne/cm, at 25 deg.C.
