PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the washing efficiency of soilings by utilizing ultrasonic vibration energy. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibration 115 outputted from an ultrasonic transmitting part 101 is amplified to the amplitude of a vibration wave form for effectively washing a material to be washed through an amplitude enlarging horn 102, to add it to flowing washing water flowing in a flowing water entry provided near the union of the amplitude enlarging horn 102 and a flowing water outflow part 110 (for example, city water flowing out from a faucet). In this way, washing efficiency can be increased, and also by changing the frequency and phase of ultrasonic vibration added to the washing flowing water, the washing efficiency can be increased.
