PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mix two liquids at a specified mixing ratio and to feed the uniformly mixed coating material to a spray gun. SOLUTION: In a coating material feeding route 12 of a coating material feeder 11, a first valve unit 16, a first liquid transfer pump 17, and a first ultrasonic flowmeter 18 are arranged, and in curing agent feeding route 13, a second valve unit 21 and a second liquid transfer pump 22 are arranged. In a mixed liquid feeding route 15, a third valve unit 25, a mixing block 26, a second ultrasonic flowmeter 27, a static mixer 28, and a spray gun 14 are arranged. The first ultrasonic flowmeter 18 measures the fed quantity of the coating material, and the second ultrasonic flowmeter 27 measures the flow rate of the mixed liquid. In the ultrasonic flowmeters 18, 27, flow measurement is made with small pressure loss and also by sound pressure of ultrasonic waves, mixing of the coating material and the curing agent is promoted.
