PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-fermenting device capable of homogeneously fermenting food such as bread dough or the like. SOLUTION: A fermentation chamber 302 of a food-fermenting device 300 is installed with three differential pressure gauges 104. A first end blow-off port 322a, a first central blow-off port 322b, a second central blow-off port 322c and a second end blow-off port 322f are installed on the lower side of one side of the fermentation chamber 302. The first end blow-off port 322a and the central blow-off port 322b almost face to each other. Each of aligned trucks 160 is arranged between a differential pressure gauge 104 and a set of blow-off ports. The differential pressure gauge 104 is installed with five air-flowing out paths 381-385 arranged at almost equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. Differential pressure gauge partitions 391, 392 are installed to partition the differential pressure gauges.
