PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter having simplified structure and reduced size of a traveling vehicle and a simplified structure, or the like, for supporting a planting part. SOLUTION: A planting part 15 is liftably placed at the back of a traveling vehicle 1, longitudinally extended right and left body frames 3 are attached to the traveling vehicle 1, front and rear wheels 6, 8 are placed under the body frame 3 interposing axle cases 5, 7, and a driver's seat 13 is placed above the body frame 3 in the middle of the lateral width. In a sulky rice transplanter having the above structure, attaching frames 72, 75 having chevron form by side-view are integrally erected on the upper face of the rear part of the body frame 3 and a planting part 15 is supported by the attaching frames 72, 75 through a link mechanism 27 and a lifting cylinder 28.
