PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting parameters having the same contents in a plurality of inverter apparatuses in a short time, in an inverter apparatus. SOLUTION: A parameter setting apparatus 2 uses a synchronizing signal 5, a serial data output 6 and a serial data input 7, and sends a starting demand of a parameter copy mode to an inverter apparatus 1, which receives the demand and starts the mode. In the mode, the parameter setting apparatus 2 uses serial communication lines of the synchronizing signal 5, the serial data output 6 and the serial data input 7, and reads parameter data stored in a storage device in the inverter apparatus 1, or writes parameter data stored in a nonvolatile storage 9 in the parameter setting apparatus 2 in other inverter apparatuses. Thereby parameters having the same contents can be set in a plurality of inverter apparatuses in a short time. |
