PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a discharging amount due to the own weight of coating compared with a conventional arts, and execute road marks without completely burying a drainage hole on a drained pavement road surface. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a discharge hole 11 for discharging coating to a lower part of a tank where the coating is stored, an opening/closing valve 4 which can be moved to an opening position for opening and a closing position for closing the discharge hole 11, and a flow rate limiting body 5 for limiting a coating discharging amount when the opening/closing valve 4 is in the opening position, freely to detach. Hereby, it is possible to reduce a discharging amount due to the own weight of the coating compared with a conventional arts, and to carry out execution without completely burying a drainage hole on a drained pavement road surface.
