PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graft copolymer excellent in hardness, gloss, etc., and having excellent water droplet-sliding property, etc., upon forming a coated membrane by performing a random copolymerization of a specific (co)polymer, specific 2 kinds of compounds and a specific monomer. SOLUTION: This graft copolymer is obtained by performing a random copolymerization of (A) 2-66 wt.% curing group-containing acrylic (co)polymer having a radical-polymerizable unsaturated bond part through a urethane bond and dissolvable to an organic solvent, (B) 0.1-40 wt.% polysiloxane of which one of its terminals is radical-polymerizable, of formula I and/or formula II [R1 to R6 are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group; (n) is >=2; R7 to R12 are each H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon group; (p) is 0-10; (q) is >=2] and (C) 1-25 wt.% alkoxypolyalkylene glycol of which one of the terminals is radical-polymerizable, of formula III [R13 is H or a 1-10C hydrocarbon; (l) is >=1; (m) is an integer] and (D) 28-92 wt.% radical-polymerizable monomer except for the components A to C.
