PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding path switching device for an image forming device in which a gap between a sheet guide plate constituting a paper feeding path and a sheet guide surface of a gate member is surely secured, jam is reduced and capability to be assembled is improved. SOLUTION: Either a sheet guide plate 10 constituting a first paper feeding path or a surface of a gate member 1 opposed to the guide plate 10 and either a sheet plate 11 constituting a second paper feeding path or the surface of the gate member 1 opposed to the guide plate 11 are provided with projection parts 2, 3 for securing gaps between the sheet guide plates 10, 11 and the gate member 1.
