PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make insulation between a casing and a connector excellent. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises a connector 5 for connecting a cable, an electronic circuit section 71 connected to the connector 5, and a casing 1 with a hole or a concave section for connecting the cable to the connector 5, disposed in covering the electronic circuit section 71 and the connector 5, and having conductivity in at least its part. An insulating escutcheon 2 disposed in a closed loop between an internal edge of the hole or the concave section of the case 1 and an external edge of the connector 5 is provided.
