摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make steadily measurable the temperature distribution of a mobile type filling layer by inserting a temperature-measuring probe into a vent hole formation means for measuring temperature in the vent hole. SOLUTION: After a sintering raw material being carried onto a grate 4a of a pallet from a raw-material hopper 2 passes below an ignition furnace 5 in a mobile-type filling layer 8, a sintering combustion band (heat front) 9 is formed. A temperature- measuring probe 10 passes through the inside of a vent hole formation means 11 and is arranged, thus providing the temperature-measuring probe 10 in a direction in parallel with the movement direction of the mobile-type filling layer. For the temperature- measuring probe 10, a temperature-measuring probe with a structure where several sets of thermocouples with different length are bundled is used to measure a temperature distribution in the longitudinal direction of the probe. Also, when an optical fiber (glass fiber) is used as the temperature-measuring probe 10, due to a temperature distribution measurement method using laser Raman scattering, temperature measurement accuracy for the time-lapse change of temperature is improved, and furthermore, the temperature can be measured at a number of points from the front to the end according to the distance resolution (normally, approximately 40 cm-1 m) even by a single optical fiber.</p>
