PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a powdery nutrition composition for a swallowing difficulty person useful for nutrition supply for an elderly person, a patient having swallowing difficulty or the like, capable of preparing foods having various shapes by adjusting the amount of the addition of water, having excellent shape holding property and palatability, having high calorie and well balanced in nutrition. SOLUTION: This powdery nutrition composition for a swallowing difficulty person is composed of (A) 5-50 wt.% of a protein and/or its decomposition product, (B) 20-80 wt.% of a saccharide, (C) 5-50 wt.% of a lipid, (D) 1-10 wt.% of a gelling agent consisting of at least one kind selected from gelatin, pectin and alginic acid, (E) 0-10 wt.% of vitamins and (F) 0-15 wt.% of minerals. |
