PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling device for small-sized lap silo holding a small- sized lap silo of about 50 kg in weight, elevating/lowering the lap silo, controlling an attitude and performing a handling. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an elevating/lowering column 2 erected in a vertical direction, supporting frames 3, 4 which are mounted at a lower end part of this elevating/lowering column 2 and support the column 2 so that the elevating/lowering column 2 may not fall, wheels for moving 5, 6 which are provided on these supporting frames 3, 4 and a lap silo holding part 8 which are supported by the elevating/lowering column 2 so as to be ascendable/descendable by human power or power. The lap silo holding part 8 is provided with holding arms 9, 10 which are symmetrically opposed and one of which is movable in the horizontal direction by a cylinder mechanism 11 and supporting mats 12 which are provided at opposed locations of these holding arms 9, 10, hold a lap silo A without damaging the silo A and support the held lap silo A so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction.
