PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a synchronization operation by same data among a plurality of controllers independently of kinds of the controllers. SOLUTION: In the system where a plurality of controllers of different kinds such as controllers 1-3, a parallel operation type duplicate controller 4, monitor controllers 5, 6 or the like are interconnected via a transmission line 7 and when distribution control is conducted, a clock and a multi-cast communication means are provided to each of the controllers 1-6, and a transmission controller gives time information at that time to control arithmetic data for multi-cast transmission so as to attain a synchronizing operation by same data among plurality of the controllers.
