PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a contact between a partitioning plate and a moving blade resulting from an inside inner wheel change by reducing deformation of the partitioning plate. SOLUTION: A partitioning plate consists of a divided structure of an upper half part 21 and a lower half part 22 which are connected on horizontal joint surfaces 40. In the partitioning plate peripheries of upper and lower outer half rings 3 are fixed to a turbine casing by fitting parts to the casing and horizontal joint keys 60 thereto. Upper and lower inner half rings 25 are mounted inside of the outer half rings 3 and nozzles 4 are formed between the outer and inner half rings 3, 25. Protruding fitting parts 8b-1 and 8b-2 are formed on inner surfaces of the inner ring 25 on both sides are deformation preventing members 7a and 7b of the shape symmetrically cut off from the part of the inner ring 25 are mounted inside of the inner ring 25. Groovelike recesses 8a-1 and 8a-2 are formed on the members 7a and 7b and are fitted to the protrusive fitting parts 8b-1 and 8b-2 on the partitioning plate side. The upper and the lower partitioning plates 21, 22, therefore, become one and an axial deformation around the horizontal joint surface 40 of the inner wheel 25 can be reduced.
