PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformalize operational force in drawing from the beginning of drawing out a sheet to a position of drawing in a sufficient length for a sheet take-up mechanism which takes up a soft and wide sheet and wind it round a barrel for housing, and to make smooth operation possible therefor. SOLUTION: A barrel 10 is urged to turn in the direction of taking up a sheet by an urging device through a nonlinear cam 40 which turns, being interlocked with turning of the barrel 10. A reduction gear 30 is provided at a position between the barrel 10 and the nonlinear cam 40 turning in interlocking with the barrel 10, and the reduction of speed is made so that the number of revolution of the nonlinear cam becomes less than one against the actual number of revolution of the barrel during a period from the beginning to the end of drawing-out of the sheet.
