PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a panel while providing the panel with high rigidity by providing light iron backing members on the inner surface side, and forming ribs made of ceramic material, with the light iron backing members as a form. SOLUTION: In a concrete exterior wall panel 1, light iron backing members 3, 3, 4, 4, 5,... formed of channel members are provided in the inner surface side plane of the panel 1, and ribs 6, 6 formed of the same material as a panel plate part 2 of specified height formed with the light iron backing members as an inner form are provided outside of the light iron backing members 3, 3 longitudinally provided along both lateral edge parts in the inner surface side plane of the panel 1. The light iron backing members 4, 4 are provided extending vertically parallel at a specified space at the lateral center part in the inner surface side plane of the panel 1, and a rib 7 formed of the same material as the panel plate part 2 of specified height formed with these light iron backing members 4, 4 as a form is provided between the light iron backing members 4, 4. These light iron backing members function as a form for forming the ribs 6, 6, 7.
