PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel jointing structure capable of facilitating jointing work and enhancing hermetic sealability. SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel 1 is provided at one end with a female joint part 5 having a recessed cross section and at the other end with a male joint part 6 formed in a projecting cross section that fits into the female joint part 5. Both side faces 6a, 6a of the male joint part 6 along the direction of the panel thickness have grooves 7 formed therein along the longitudinal direction of the panel and elastic sealants 8 each having a circular cross section and having a diameter slightly greater than the depth of each groove 7 under a free condition are bonded to the grooves 7. The heat insulating panels 1, 1 of the same kind are arranged so that when the male joint part 6 of one of the heat insulating panels 1, 1 is pressed into the female joint part 5 of the other heat insulating panel 1, the elastic sealant 8 undergoes compressive deformation through the action of frictional contact with the inner surface 5a of the female joint part 5 and hermetically seals the space between the male and female joint parts 6, 5.
