PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank of the less number of part items and assemblying manhours and capable of having engine cost lowered. SOLUTION: A fuel tank 20 mounted on an engine 1 crankcase 2 is to be of an injection molding made of a polyamide excellent in heat resistance and abrasion resistance and a thermal insulation part 22 including a hollow part 23 is to be integrally formed with the face opposing to a fuel tank 20 muffler 7. A stand 25 is integrally formed with the fuel tank 20 on the lower part of it. A grass penetration prevention plate 24 is integrally formed with the fuel tank 20 in the position facing the space communicating with a cooling air suction port 11 for sucking engine 1 cooling air.
