PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window-glass mounting structure, in which aqueous properties are improved while a component member is not projected from a door surface. SOLUTION: A window opening section, into which a window glass 6 is fitted, is formed on the door with opposed face plates 1, 2, and a frame member 3 is installed so as to surround the window opening section between the face plates. Adhesive seal materials 7 are interposed between glass side edges and the frame member 3, and the face plates 1, 2 are extended so as to conceal the frame member 3 while the edges of the face plates 1, 2 are abutted against the adhesive seal materials 7.
