PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a human private parts washing apparatus that washes the human private parts by supplying wash water to perform blood-flow- increasing washing in addition to normal washing. SOLUTION: A human private parts washing apparatus includes a heat exchanger 12 for heating wash water, a washing nozzle 17 for supplying the heated wash water to the subject of washing, a flow control valve 10 for regulating the supply of the wash water, a hot water thermistor 16, an anus washing switch 25 for normal washing, and a blood flow switch 29 for making washing temperature different from that for the normal washing. With the setting of the blood flow switch 29, the wash water of higher temperature than normal washing temperature is supplied according to predetermined requirements for increasing blood flow, and the washing is stopped after a predetermined time to effectively increase blood flow at the anus part.
