PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to construct a sheet pile using a rotary press-in pile, which can provide sufficient support force without making vibration and noise in execution, dismounting and removal. SOLUTION: A rotary press-in pile 2 is contained in a sheath pipe body 6 to form a sheath pipe pile 10a. With the sheath pipe pile 10a standing on the specified ground for setting, the rotary press-in pile 2 is rotated, pressed-in and forced to penetrate in the ground by an auger, and a sheath pipe pile 5 is also pressed-in and forced to penetrate in the ground in the same manner. A sheath pipe pile 10b is put in the ground at a position separated a specified distance from the sheath pipe pile. In this case, penetration is made with pile side support guide sections 9 fitted to each other.
