PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the user-friendliness by deleting program data from a storage area so as to provide an available idle area when a prescribed list is generated based on stored program data and a storage means is deficient in an idle area to sore the program data. SOLUTION: When a storage section 22 is deficient in an idle area to store program data D1, a CPU 13 deletes program data D1 whose delete attribute information is set to a 'deletable' state from a storage area of the storage section 22 with priority based on a delete sequence list so as to reserve an idle area. New program data D1 are stored in the reserved idle area. By the way, every time the storage section 22 stores program data D1, the CPU 13 updates contents of the delete sequence list to store the program data D1, the CPU 13 stores it as an element of a database. When first program data D1 are given to the storage section 22, the CPU 13 stores the program data D1 in the storage section 22, and the CPU 13 updates the contents of the delete sequence list.
