PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily generable a reciprocating vibration flow of water in a short period in a measurement part by alternately rotating an impeller in opposite directions, and at the same time, by opening and closing an on-off valve in linking with the rotation of the impeller. SOLUTION: Concerning the device for generating reciprocating vibration flow, in the circulation flow water tank 1 consisting of a measurement part 1a and a circulation waterway, impellers 2 and 3 are arranged in the circulation waterway at intervals while they oppose to each other, an on-off valve 4 is provided in the circulation waterway, intermediately between the impellers 2 and 3, the on-off valve 4 is opened and closed in linking with the rotation and stop of the impellers 2 and 3 for allowing water in the water tank to be forcibly subjected to reciprocating circulation, and a reciprocating vibration flow of water is generated in the measurement part 1a.
