PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument device capable of reducing the assembly man-hours. SOLUTION: The instrument device 26 comprises a display board 17 with an index part 20, a pointer 14 with an indicating part 15 to indicate the display board 17, a pointer driving means 12 to rotate the pointer 14, and a light guiding member 22 with elastic fastening parts 24 to be fixed to the pointer driving means 12. Openings 30 into which the elastic fastening parts 24 are inserted are formed in a hard wiring board 27, and current-conduction pins 28 to be connected to the pointer driving means 12 and a light source 31 are provided for the hard wiring board 27. The pointer instrument 26 is retained to the hard wiring board 27 by the retaining claws 25 of the elastic retaining parts 24.
