VACUUM PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the piping constitution by eliminating the gas supply source for controlling the pressure in a pilot chamber. SOLUTION: A vacuum pressure control valve which opens and closes a flow passage having a set pressure port 15 formed in one end and a vacuum pressure port 14 formed in the other end, by the movement of a diaphragm 21 according to the pressure fluctuation of a bottom pressure chamber 23b as a pilot chamber is constituted. The pressure in the bottom pressure chamber 23b is controlled by using the atmospheric pressure and the vacuum pressure. This constitution dispenses with an air support source for controlling the pressure in the pilot chamber so as to simplify the piping constitution.
