PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the decoration of a fence for a veranda by boring a part fitting a frame with decoration in accordance with the outer shape of the frame, and being attached to and detaching from a lattice panel by using a fixing means attached to the frame. SOLUTION: A part fitting a frame 131 is bored by matching to the outer shape of a frame with decoration 130, and attached to and detached from a lattice panel 110 by using a fixing means 133 attached to the frame 131. Therefore a fence for a veranda 100 having high decoration can be obtained and can be enjoyed by exchanging the frame with the decoration 130 to change outward appearance.
