PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior finishing system of a building in which decorative sheets can be easily attached to a wall substrate and a ceiling substrate and easily replaced and electric construction works can be easily executed because there is a distance in between the substrate and the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: In the interior finishing system 50 of a building executed between the wall substrate 30 and the ceiling substrate 31 of the building, a plate- shaped decorative sheet 11 is fixed to the substrates 30, 31 through a spacer 10 put between the substrates 30, 31 and the decorative sheet 11 to have a specified distance. The decorative sheet 11 may be fixed to be repeatedly detachable through the spacer 10 by a metallic or resin fixing material 12. Further, electric cables 21 can be laid in the space 20 between the decorative sheet 11 and the substrates 30, 31 and the space 20 may be within 5-100 mm. Further, the decorative sheet 11 may have a rigidity of 300-1,500 kg/mm2 in the elastic modulus.
