PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an estradiol-containing plaster capable of releasing the estradiol at a specific release ratio over a long period and maintaining the tack strength over a long period. SOLUTION: This estradiol-containing plaster is obtained by regulating the release ratio of the estradiol after 3 h at 32±0.5 deg.C to 10-32%. The estradiol- containing plaster preferably contains the estradiol a thermoplastic elastic body, a tackifier and a softener and/or an absorption promoter. The tackiness after the passage of 24 h from the application is >=90% based on that after the passage of 12 h from the application.
