摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for manufacturing a high quality bending product efficiently and at a low cost by effectively restraining a wrinkle on a fin and eliminating a need of a correction process in a push-through type bending processing of a work having a fin at a periphery of a main element part. SOLUTION: When a metallic work 3A, which has a fin 3b on a main element part 3a peripheral in a longitudinal direction continuously, is bend-processed by pushing it through a work conducting hole 11 of a fixed die 1 having a mouthpiece 12 at its exit side, acting as a support part, and a work conducting hole 21 of a gyro die 2, acting as a working point part, a fin passing part 13a of the work conducting hole 13 at the mouthpiece 12 is set in a way that total of both sides clearance (s×2) in the fin thickness direction is made to be 10% or less against the fin 3b thickness t, and an escape space 6 is created in a fin height direction.
