PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan made of a metallic material and its manufacturing method while a processing is easy and the reuse of the member is easy. SOLUTION: This fan has wings 2 formed by a plastic processing of a metal plate in a hollow shape and installed to the main body part 1 in an outward direction radially from the side face 1a. For forming the wing 2, a metal plate hollow forming method is used wherein a metal plate product of bagging condition is plastically processed into a given hollow shape by applying a pressure from the inner side towards the outer side of the product.
