PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket by which a high electromagnetic wave shielding effect can be obtained against electromagnetic wave which may pass through gaps in a conductive member. SOLUTION: A gasket 31 is a quadrangle prism as a whole and comprises an electromagnetic wave reflecting member 33 in plate form which is sandwiched between two electromagnetic wave absorbing members 32a and 32b in plate form. The electromagnetic wave reflecting member 33 is made of foamed material having continuous foam. An electromagnetic wave absorbing layer such as coating film of electromagnetic wave losing material is formed on the inner wall of the continuous foam. The members 32a, 33 and 32b are bonded to one another by adhesive. |
