PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recovered liquid by providing purified liquid discharge passages for fixing the liquid level of each recovering chamber by erecting the passage from the side wall to the position of a prescribed height and for allowing mixed liquid except vicinity of the liquid level to over flow as purified liquid in plural recovering chambers partitioned by the partition walls and successively allowing the liquid to over flow from each partition wall. SOLUTION: Plural recovering chambers C1-C3 partitioned by plural partition walls 21-23 are formed in a liquid vessel 1 where the mixed liquid obtained by mixing an oil with liquid having larger specific gravity than the oil is made to flow-in in the vicinity of the liquid levels L1-L3 is raised to be separated. The purified liquid discharge pipes 41-43 are erected from the side wall of each of recovering chambers C1-C3 to a prescribed high position to fix the liquid level of each of the recovering chambers C1-C3 and to allow the mixed liquid except vicinity of the liquid level to over flow as the purified liquid. The upper end of each of partition walls 21-23 is at a little lower position than the liquid level L1-L3 of recovering chambers C1-C3 to make the mixed liquid near the liquid levels L1-L3 to over flow as the recovered liquid.
