PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the rolling prevention of a placed object and thinning of the device by vertically moving the placed object with the rolling of the placed object by combining a plane cam having a horizontal displace part to be displaced vertically with the rolling direction of the placed object and a roller to roll in the rolling direction of the placed object in contact with the horizontal displace part. SOLUTION: An action converting part 3 is arranged at the position of supporting a top plate 14, which is fixed on the base of furniture A, on a base 2 placed on a floor surface F and one part of rolling action of the furniture A is converted to furniture carry-up action. Then, the action converting part 3 is constituted by piling up an action converting part 3A to be operated to the rolling of the furniture A in depth direction and an action converting part 3B to be operated to the rolling in horizontal direction X. At one action converting part 3B, for example, a roller 7 rolls on a horizontal displace part 8 of a plane cam 5 with the rolling of the furniture A in the horizontal direction X and avoids impulsive rolling applied on the furniture A. Namely, the kinetic energy concerned in the rolling is converted into potential energy and the rolling is avoided.
