PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a relieving agent for headache and shoulder stiffness free from side effect, having excellent pharmaceutical activity and useful for a kidney disorder patient, a dialysis patient, a person having an unbalanced diet or the like by adding minute dietary fiber, or minute dietary fiber and an oligosaccharide as the main components. SOLUTION: This agent contains (A) preferably 5-100 wt.% of minute dietary fiber (the maximum particle diameter is preferably 5-50 μm) such as minute (hemi)cellulose, or (B) the minute dietary fiber and preferably 0-60 wt.% of an oligosaccharide such as fructooligosaccharide as the main components. Further the common dose of the improving agent for headache and shoulder stiffness is preferably in the range of 0.5-6.0 g every meal in terms of minute dietary fiber before or after every meal. |
