<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hands and arms from being caught when changing from a wheelchair state to a bed state by mounting a cover member so as not to generate a gap between the surrounding of a backrest part and a bed part. SOLUTION: A cover member K is disposed at the rear side of a backrest part 4 in order not to cause a gap between the backrest part 4 and a main body bed part when rotating the backrest part 4 and a cover member K1, a part of the cover member K, is freely rotatably constituted with a fulcrum k1 as a rotation center. By normally energizing the cover member K1 in a rising direction A by a spring member k3 mounted at a tip part k2 of the cover member K, the cover member K1 is interlocked with movement of the backrest part 4 of a movable auxiliary bed B2, and a horizontal state and a standing state are held. As a result, a safety multipurpose bed causing no gap catching hands and arms can be obtained.</p> |
