<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking operation supporting device for a vehicle for supporting driving operation by a driver during parking or starting the vehicle, whereby the collision of the vehicle with an obstacle is prevented for improving the safely of the vehicle. SOLUTION: Whether a vehicle is in a parked condition or in a started condition after parked is judged. If such a condition is established, the upper limit of the valve opening of a throttle valve 44 is reduced. In this case, even if an accel pedal 24 is stepped largely, the throttle valve 44 is prevented from being open over the upper limit of the valve opening and so the vehicle is prevented from being suddenly started. The collision of the vehicle with an obstacle during parking or starting is avoided for improving the safety of the vehicle.</p> |
