PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen type cutter of which the edge is not easily be affected, which is safe, and of which the good cutting ability lasts long. SOLUTION: An edge 16 of which the angleθis 30-40 deg. is formed at least on one side of a ceramic blade 13 of which the thickness is 0.3-3.0 mm and a top end part 16a of which the top angleτis 55-65 deg. is formed. Then, it is composed as the blade is held in a resin-made cover and its top end part is slightly protruded and fixed from the rear by a holder.
