PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test an ECU(electronic control unit) having plural CPU in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A measuring device 12 is provided with interface cards 12a-12d corresponding to each CPU 10a-10d, and data from each CPU 10a-10d are written in a DPRAM(dual port RAM) 14a-14d. A personal computer 16 reads data written in the DPRAM 14a-14d, and stores the data in its own memory, and integrally processes the data. The interface cards 12a-12d are constituted so as to be freely attachable/detachable. |
